I'm not sure if you remember me, my name's Kay and you made a lovely fur Jacket for me. We has a wonderful day at Allerton Castle - and I was very appreciative of the fur jacket, especially for the photos outside! I just wanted to thank you very much, not only for making the lovely jacket for me at such short notice, but also for your kindness in taking the time to have a kiij over my dress and offer some kind and reassuring words! I think I was just a bit overwhelmed by everything at that stage and I will always remember how nice you were to me.
